Mindful Stress & Anxiety Management

Our Mindfulness Stress and Anxiety Management Groups meet in Center City Philadelphia. Groups are held on Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm and Sunday after noon at 1 pm. The groups generally run every 9 weeks. Call 610-517-3127 for more information on start dates.
